पूयः _pūyḥ _यम् _yam

पूयः यम् Pus, discharge from an ulcer or wound, suppuration, matter; भिषजे पूयशोणितम् Ms.3.18; पूयं चिकित्सकस्यान्नम् 4.22;12.72.

-रक्तः a kind of disease of the nose (wherein purulent blood or sanies flow out).
